If you want to return an item, you may do. So within 3 days of receipt as long as it is defined as a returnable item. Just contact Customer Service.
It’s our goal to provide you with the best-LED mirrors buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order.
If the product is damaged, take photos of the packaging with a visible number of bills of lading, as well as photos of the content of the package, and then send them to us.
It's better to take a video of the packaging when you receive the goods. If there’s something missing, please contact our customer service with relevant photos and we will send you the missing parts.
a. If there is any quality problem or damage on mirror when arrive, please email us and attach the following Photograph(s):
The photo of the damaged mirror or the photo which can show quality problems;
The front and back view of the Outer Carton;
The photo of shipping label;
b. The Photograph(s) of item and carton need to be clear. If the packaging is damaged, we cannot accept return application.
c. Once we confirm the Photograph(s), we can pay the return shipping fee and arrange a replacement or a full refund for you asap.
If you change your mind and decide to return an item that is defined as returnable, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or if it is not what you ordered, we will provide a replacement at no charge.
We realize that refunds are a priority for our customers. Once we have received and inspected the item we are usually able to apply for the refund onto the original payment card within one week.
