Applicability of Cancellation & Return & Refund
At Inyouths, rush orders can be cancelled within 1 day; standard orders can be cancelled within 3 days.
Please inspect the outer package of the item received, and if there is any breakage, take a photo and open it carefully. If the mirror is also broken inside the package, please report the problem to our customer service team promptly within 3 business days after receiving it.
It will be difficult for us to determine the responsible party for the breakage if you report the issue more than 3 business days later after receiving the package, and you may not have the position to get the full refund for this order. And we would not like to see anything like this happen.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled, or if you repoprt the issue promptly within the regulated time window when the package is received and the responsible party for the breakage is the seller or the carrier.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after the window time but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
It’s our goal to provide you with the best LED mirror shopping experience. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. We will NOT accept your order cancellation or change request if the orders have already been shipped.
Please note that your custom-made mirror is built to your personalized specification, thus customization order CANNOT be cancelled, returned or changed if the order is already in production.
We are also unable to accept returns for:
1. Products that have been assembled or installed;
2. Products without the original packaging or not in their original condition;
3. Clearance items.
Please note that the mirror is a fragile category, and we cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged during transportation. If you run into any issue, please contact us for help.
Return Wrong or Damaged Items
1. If there is any quality problem or damage on the mirror, please email us and attach the following photograph(s):
The photo of the damaged mirror or the photo shows quality problems;
The front and back view of the Outer Carton;
The photo of shipping label;
2. The photograph(s) of item and carton need to be clear. If the packaging is damaged, we cannot accept return application.
3. Once we confirm the photograph(s), we can pay the return shipping fee and arrange a replacement or a full refund for you asap.
Return Items That Does Not Meet Your Expectation
1. If you want to return the item without any quality problem or damage, please also contact us within 3 business days. Email: email@example.com
2. You need to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. The return address will be sent to your email after you submit a return request. Besides, you need to pay the return shipping fee.
3. Once receiving the item, it will take 72 hours for us to re-evaluate whether the mirror can be resold. If the returned mirror can be resold, we will arrange refund for you asap; if the returned mirror cannot be resold, your refund request will not be accepted.

Contact us and describe which item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for your refund. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. Reply within 48 hours
Once we receive your email, we will offer considerate and specific suggestion and steps about return.
3. Inspect attached Photograph(s) or Returned item(s)
The item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Offer the Refund
Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that any expedited shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
