We currently offer shipping to most areas within the United States.

We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. However, we do not deliver to Military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.

SHIPPING TIME

1. Stock Products

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 9–13 business days

  • Total Time: Approximately 10–15 business days

All stock products are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Note: In rare cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to external factors such as weather or carrier issues.


2. Customized Products

Free Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 8–10 weeks

  • For oversized items (girth over 400 cm), delivery via LTL freight may require an additional 2 weeks.

Please note: The delivery timeline for custom products other than LED mirrors may vary and could be longer, depending on the specific size, design, and material specifications.

Rush Service (Optional)

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–6 weeks

  • Additional Cost: $399

All custom products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight based on item dimensions and destination.


OVERSIZED ITEM HANDLING FEE

For large custom-made products, including but not limited to shower doors and glass panels, an Oversized Item Handling Fee will be applied at checkout. This fee covers the cost of secure packaging, special handling, and reliable freight services to ensure the safe delivery of oversized and fragile items.


ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s status directly through the carrier’s website.

HOLIDAY ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders placed during U.S. public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Affected holidays may include:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day After Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve
