Normally, our system will send out notification emails at 3 important steps:

An order confirmation when you finish the payment of your order;

A delivery confirmation when your package is sent from the warehouse;

A refund notification when your refund is issued through the online store.

If you have not receive the notification emails, you might have registered with a different or wrong email address, or the email might be in your spam/trash folder. You can also log into your Inyouths account and click “My Orders” button to check your payment status.
