Q: What information do I need to provide for a custom LED mirror?

A: Please provide the mirror size, preferred LED layout, color temperature, switch type, wiring method, installation method, and any add-on features such as a defogger, clock, weather station, Bluetooth, or makeup mirror.

Q: What LED layouts are available?

A: Common LED layouts include front-lit, backlit, side-lit, or four-sided lighting. The available options may depend on the mirror size and design.

Q: What does Bright White mean?

A: Bright White usually refers to 6000K cool white. It provides a crisp, clean look and may appear slightly blue-white depending on the bathroom lighting, wall color, and surrounding finishes.

Q: Can I use a wall switch to control the LED mirror?

A: Yes. Many LED mirrors can be configured for wall switch control. Please specify this requirement when placing your order so we can prepare the correct wiring setup. Please note that wall switch control is generally available for single-color lighting only, such as 3000K, 4000K, or 6000K. Tri-color lighting requires a built-in touch switch or IR sensor to change color temperatures. Features that need constant power, such as a clock, may require a separate power connection.

Q: What is the CRI rating of the LED lights?

A: Our LED mirrors use high-quality LEDs with CRI 90 or higher. This helps colors appear more natural and accurate, which is especially helpful for grooming, makeup, and bathroom lighting.

Q: Can oversized LED mirrors be customized?

A: Oversized LED mirrors may be available, but feasibility depends on the size, weight, structure, lighting layout, packaging, and shipping requirements. Please contact us with the exact dimensions for review.

Q: Is the white circle of the makeup mirror always on?

A: When the mirror is turned off, the ring light around the makeup mirror also turns off. However, you can still see the white edge around the magnifying mirror.

Q: Is the WIFI Weather Station/Clock light always on?

A: Yes. As long as the mirror is powered on, the WIFI Weather Station/Clock light is always on.

Q: Can I use the wire to connect the mirror to the wall?

A: Yes. Steps as follows:
Step 1: Locate the lead wires behind the LED mirror backplate.
Step 2: Find the household lead wires, and make sure the power is off.
Step 3: Connect each mirror lead wire to your household lead wire of the same color. Please take good insulation measures at the connection.

Q: Can I turn on only the backlight with the front light off?

A: Yes. Single-color backlight has a separate touch switch on the mirror; 8-color backlight is controlled via the remote.
