Your drain line.

Does the no-bench model have the same bathing experience?
No. Removing the bench changes the way you sit and use the basin. Compare the interior drawings before choosing.
Are all listed depths measured in the same way?
No. Bench models list a basin-floor-to-overflow measurement; the no-bench drawing labels interior depth. These should not be compared as equivalent water depths.
How should I choose between the two bench sizes?
Both bench models have an 11.02 in seat depth. Choose the 35 inch model for a shorter footprint or the 43 inch model for the longer overall layout. Check both drawings for usable bathing space.
Is the drain centered on every option?
No. The drawings place it 12.01 in from one end on both 43 inch options and 11.22 in from one end on the 35 inch bench option. Confirm orientation before rough-in.
