Covered for 3 years from the date of delivery — everything, including the LED modules, drivers, demister pads, touch and sensor controls, the mirror glass and its silvering, and the aluminium frame. The 3 years run from your delivery date, not the ship date. If a part fails, we ship the replacement part free of charge and we pay the freight. Labor and installation costs are not covered. The finish is a maintenance decision, not a color one

Matte black is powder-coated: flat, hard-wearing, and it hides fingerprints almost completely. The right answer for a primary bathroom in daily use. Brushed gold is electroplated with a directional brushed texture, so it catches light and shifts as you move past it. It looks richer, and it will show fingerprints in a way the black does not. Better suited to a guest bath or powder room.
