The 3 years run from your delivery date, not the ship date. If a part fails, we ship the replacement part free of charge and we pay the freight. Labor and installation costs are not covered. ALTAIR's light band is broader and its edges fade rather than stop, so the whole mirror reads as a lit surface. In a bathroom without much other lighting, that difference matters more than it sounds.

R9 measures deep red rendering — the wavelength your complexion, your lips and your blush actually live in. A light can score 90 on CRI and still render R9 near zero, which is why some bathroom mirrors make everyone look washed out. These run R9 above 50.
