For spot items, orders can be canceled within 1 business day.
It’s our goal to provide you with the best LED mirror shopping experience. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. We will NOT accept your order cancellation or change request if the order has already been shipped.
If you still decide to cancel the order after the shipment, a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the refund.
Customized Items
For custom-made items, rush orders can be canceled within 1 business day; standard orders can be canceled within 3 business days.
Please note that your custom-made mirror is built to your personalized specification, thus customization order CANNOT be canceled, returned, or changed if the order is already in production or shipped.
If you still decide to cancel the order after production and shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be charged from the refund.
