“We ordered a 50x50 halo LED mirror with defogger and motion sense. It’s beautiful and works great, arrived in perfect condition. I’ve ordered plain mirrors from other companies that arrived with chips or oxidation in the iron or any number of problems. Shipping a mirror this far without any issue is really quite a feat. I’ve also bought cheaper LED mirrors in the past and they just don’t compare to the quality of this one. The LED is bright and crisp, the defogger works phenomenally, and the motion sense is perfect for using the restroom in the middle of the night without looking for the switch or turning on all the can lights. It did arrive a little later than expected but our home project also took longer than expected due to the global post-Covid logistical/shipping landscape that we find ourselves in today. So, it actually arrived at a perfect time. Customer service worked with me every step of the way and ensured the product was still arriving. Great product and we plan to use them for our kids bathroom and any other LED mirrors we need in the future.”
